Return Policy
At Daniel & Michelle Toronto, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, we understand that in some cases you may wish to return an item. Below, we clearly outline our return policy.
Return Conditions

A return request can only be submitted after you have physically received the item.

Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them beyond fitting is not permitted.

Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not allowed.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Return Process

You must request a return by emailing info@danielmichelletoronto.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

After approval, you will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).

The item must be shipped back at your own expense, including any applicable customs duties or shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes track & trace, as we cannot process returns that cannot be tracked.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at the designated return address and approved after inspection, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Liability

Daniel & Michelle Toronto is not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect shipping address was entered at checkout, this is the customer’s responsibility.

Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
